MSA Civil Service Reviewer
for Professional and Sub-professional levels

The MSA reviewer brand is one of the highly used and trusted brands out there for self-review purposes.

This time around I am presenting a Civil Service reviewer. You'll have a general idea of what the exam is all about by using this one.

Although, I wasn't able to use this review material and did not conduct an intensive review prior to taking the CS Exam Paper-and-pencil Test Professional level last October 2012. Luckily I passed it. I'll be discussing other points/topics to review in other posts.

Take a good look at the screenshots.

Of course, aside from the title and number of the act, there are others questions that will involve the content or sections of the act. just the whole act and memorize the important terms and their definitions. There might be around five questions that would ask on the content.

As for the constitutional matters, just familiarize yourself with the terms used in the Philippine Constitution. When I took the exam, some questions about the executive, legislative and judiciary appeared. So familiarize yourself with those terms. It may ask about "who is next in turn after the president, in case of whatsoever? then the next, the next and the next. It may also ask about how many years will the presiden ... Read more »
